Final Post For the Year

This year during P.E, I think I've actually done quite well this year. I participated in every class that I was present to, and I participated to the best of my abilities most of the time. I came to class wearing gym strip each day and I didn't sit out of any activities because I didn't want to do it, I always participated. I showed up to most classes, only missing a few classes due to sickness. I can admit that I didn't always participate to the best of my abilities due to a few reasons, such as illness, injuries, lack of motivation or just not liking the activity very much. As for choice days, my choices in what I would do would rely on whether or not I liked the activity and if I knew if I would participate the whole time or not. I would choose the activity that I knew I would enjoy the most and wouldn't stop participating in half way through. On another note, outside of school for my health I try to keep my food choices/diet to a fairly healthy or at least not unhealthy variety. I don't participate in any activities outside of school other than walking to and from school on a regular basis. Even then I'm pretty sure that doesn't count as an out of school activity. Otherwise, I've been watching my diet more intently, trying to keep an even balance between unhealthy and healthy foods, if not trying to keep it more healthy than unhealthy. I've also been trying to be more active outside of school due to myself not being in any kind of activity outside of school. I honestly believe that I've been doing better each year, as my fitness level seems to be getting better, even if it's slowly, but I'm still getting better. But back into P.E class. Inside of class, I don't really do much with others, and I don't really like speaking up, so that has affected my social contribution to the class. Otherwise, I do like to try and cheer others on and try to keep them motivated. As a not so social contribution to class, I'm very kind towards the other students, and I help out whenever I can. On a little side note, I can almost always be found holding the large gym, and sometimes the small gym, door open for everyone. (Not sure if that's a contribution, but I consider it to be a contribution of kindness to the others) And lastly, I'll discuss my blog a little bit. As there's not really much on my blog from this year, there's not too much I can say. I didn't post very much at all, even though I know I probably should have. I wish I would have put more onto my blog, but sadly I didn't and now I don't have very much. So for this part, it's actually really weak, asides from what I was supposed to do. I think I did the assignments that I was told to do quite well. Overall all my time in P.E, I think this year has been my best year. I was quite a weak student in P.E 8, because my fitness was so poor and I was hardly ever motivated to do anything. My fitness got a little better for grade 9, I was a pretty good student in that grade. I stayed motivated enough to participate in everything we did and do all the fitness days. But this year was definitely my best, as my fitness is quite a bit better than last year, and I was really good with being prepared and participating.

Overall, I think for this year I deserve about a 78%/B for a grade.

I actually managed to do my personal worst today on the Beep test. I'm not at all happy with how I did, even if I'm not exactly the healthiest person right now. I may still be recovering from being sick, but I know I could have done better, even in the shape I've been in the past few days.  As for the rest of my results, I think I did pretty well. Not much better or worse than normal. So overall, I was pretty disappointed with how I did during the beep test, but the rest of it was pretty good, so it was a decent day. I will work on my fitness level personally and hopefully I will be able to better myself and be happy with my results next time.

P.E Assessment

During the last couple months in P.E, I think overall I have done a good job in this class. I normally arrive on time, and I always have a change of clothes, and I don't think that I've missed any classes yet either. For participation, I always participate. Maybe not always to the best f my abilities, but I am participating. Also, there is the fact that my fitness has been slowly rising. I used to only be able to do a 4.6 in the Beep Test, but now I'm able to do a 5.4. I think that's pretty good so far. But on a not so good note, I don't participate in really any physical activity outside of school. (Yet, hopefully that will change.) Not participating in any sports or physical activities other than the odd day where I decide to dance, isn't good. If I want to raise my fitness level more, I need to participate in something physical outside of school too. I don't really think my diet has much to do with my mark, but I eat a good balance of healthy foods on a pretty regular basis. I'm not really the type of person who obsesses over junk food and always has the craving to eat it. I like a god balance of healthy food with some junk from time to time.

So (if there was a grade or something asked of me to give you) overall I think that maybe a B or C+ is a good grade for me.

P.E So Far

So far in P.E, it's been quite enjoyable. Though I must admit I started the year off quite bad in terms of fitness and mental readiness.
At the start of the year, and still, my fitness is pretty bad. I'm not able to run for a long time, and I lose my motivation to keep doing fitness really easily. But, I'm working on fixing those issues. The longer I'm in P.E, and the more fitness we do, I'll be able to build up my fitness level and self motivation again,  and hopefully then by the end of the year, I'll have a good fitness level again.
Through the issue of self motivation and my personal laziness and not keeping up my fitness while I wasn't in P.E, I am always ready for class. I bring gym strip everyday, and I always participate. I don't find excuses not to or just walk out if I don't want to do it, I do it anyways. Most of the things we do in class, that isn't fitness, are actually pretty fun.
And for a current mark, I think in work habit I deserve an S, because I think so far I'm a pretty good student, but I could do better, which includes updating this bog more often. And in a grade, probably to start with, a B, since it isn't too far into the year yet and I feel I have been doing well.
